How It Works
You and your team have a combined twelve hours per month available for real-time coaching sessions, plus unlimited async support for quick insights, feedback, or collaboration on shared documents. The coaching sessions can be used in a combination of:
- Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching for long-term development (typically 3-12 months)
- Short-term coaching on a specific topic (typically 2-4 sessions)
- Small group coaching or conflict mediation to work through team dynamics (typically 1-3 hours)
How to Utilize Coaching
Step 0 - Discovery Call and Onboarding
If this is your first time connecting with your coach, you will want to schedule a brief discovery call to get an overview of the coaching process and answer a few simple questions about who you are and what you want to accomplish together.
Requesting Coaching Sessions
Once you complete your onboarding, you have access to the coaching platform, where you can initiate coaching requests and schedule sessions.
While the content of your individual coaching conversations is always confidential, you and your teammates can see who is utilizing the available hours.
Leveraging Async Support
Outside of your live coaching sessions, you can also take advantage of
